And as a bonus to you, our warranty is one year longer than the manufacturer's! If your watch develops a problem during the warranty period, simply contact us for return instructions, and we will take care of getting it repaired for you.

WHO WE ARE

ABCWATCH is a family owned and operated business in Florida. We have been in the watch business for many years. Our online store is new to the internet, but we are experienced in finding the best deals on the best watches and delivering them to you at tremendous savings.

SHIPPING

All orders received and paid for by 3:00pm (East Coast), Monday -Friday, will ship the same day. Afters hours, weekend and holiday orders will ship the next business day. We ship by UPS Ground. We also ship by UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day for an additional cost. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES - Dec. 15th is the last order day for UPS Ground shipments in time for Christmas. Dec. 22nd is the last day for UPS Next Day deliveries in time for Christmas.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us. Hopefully we can solve your problem. If not, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the sales price. Shipping charges are not refundable. The watch must not have been worn! All tags must be intact. You must include the box and all materials that came with the watch. You are responsible for postage costs for the return. We strongly suggest you insure the package as we are not responsible for lost and damaged packages.

WARRANTY

All watches are covered by the manufacturer's or our store warranty against defects. Each watch item listing contains the specific warranty period for the brand you are buying. If your watch develops a problem during the warranty period, simply contact us for return instructions and we will take care of getting it repaired for you.
